Help us pack the Jamil Niner Food Pantry!

UNC Charlotte students need YOUR help!

Our community has felt the pandemic's impact, but UNC Charlotte's
Jamil Niner Student Pantry has been hit even harder.

In 2013 the USDA defined food insecurity as a condition that occurs when people do not have enough resources to feed themselves. The student pantry was created to ensure food security, human dignity, and well-being on campus by providing in-need UNC Charlotte students with healthy, culturally appropriate emergency food assistance-- and this wouldn't be possible without the support of generous alumni, parents, and friends. The pantry offers a variety of nutritious meals and frequently gives demonstrations on what meals can be made with in-stock items.

We're running a campaign through the rest of December to make a positive impact and pack the pantry. Our goal is to get enough donations to supply the pantry's needs for 3 months! With YOUR help, we can do it!

To make it easy and to ensure the pantry gets the items needed, donations are virtual on the pantry's Amazon marketplace. Simply click the image below or scan the QR code to shop! Consider helping out the Jamil Niner Student Pantry to ensure that no person in the Niner community goes hungry and that every student has access to nutritious food this holiday season.
